Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of QuarterMaster — the web console at quarter-master.co, the iOS and Android apps, and the public API (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you agree on that company’s behalf.
Your account and organization
You’re responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Organizations control their own membership: owners and admins can invite, remove, and assign roles to members. Keep your contact email accurate — operational notices go there.
Your data
You own the data your team puts into the Service — inventory, BOMs, purchase orders, files, and everything derived from them. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data and delete your account or organization at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't store ITAR-controlled or export-controlled technical data in the Service — it is not an ITAR-compliant environment.
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service, or access another organization's data.
- Don't resell or misrepresent the Service, or use it to violate the law or third-party rights.
AI features
AI-generated content — drafts, suggestions, research summaries, extracted counts — may be inaccurate. The Service is built so a human confirms AI output before it affects your records, and you’re responsible for the confirmations your team makes. AI output is not professional, legal, or procurement advice.
Availability and changes
QuarterMaster is an actively developed product. Features may change, and while we work to keep the Service available and your data safe, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. Sections on data ownership, liability, and disputes survive termination.
